Orders In your Open Batch?
Do you have any transactions lingering in your open credit batch that aren't from today or deferred orders? The ticket has most likely not been closed. Recall the order on the POS and close and tender the order. Once closed, the transaction will clear from the open batch screen with the next batch close. In order to receive your payment the order must clear the open batch screen. If you have questions or need help resolving any issues, please contact support promptly.
