A word from Beca: It is my vision to create POS systems that are intuitive for the end user. I began working in restaurants on my 16th birthday. The real-world experience that I had navigating these situations before coming to Thrive set me up to be able to help our customers have a smoother onboarding experience. It is my hope that every person who chooses to bring Thrive POS into their restaurant have a seamless conversion process, feel set up for success from day one, have their questions answered in a prompt manner. and have the power to customize their system in whatever way they need to as soon as they have their system in hand. Setting you up for success looks like providing a clear outline as to what to expect during our onboarding process, because at the end of the day, nothing we do matters if you aren't able to Thrive with us.

🍕When was the first pizza ordered by computer?🖥️
In 1974 Donald Sherman, whose speech was limited by a neurological disorder called Moebius Syndrome, used a new-fangled device designed by John Eulenberg to dial up a pizzeria. The first call went to Dominos, which hung up. They were apparently too busy becoming a behemoth. Mercifully, a humane pizzeria – Mr. Mike’s – took the call, and history was made. It all plays out above, and we hope that Mr. Mike’s is still thriving all these years later….

Customer Subtotals / Order by Seat

If you ever take large group delivery orders, Subtotals are a great way to organize your tickets, make it easy for people to pay individually, while retaining one master delivery order. For in house orders, you can use the subtotal feature to organize orders by guest name or by seat.
