Thrive Online Ordering Modern UI

Retirement of Thrive Online Classic UI

Last year Thrive successfully launched a brand new mobile-optimized user interface (UI) for Thrive Online “Modern UI”.

Due to the continued success of our customers using Modern UI, Thrive will be formally ending support for the Thrive Online Classic UI, on May 1st, 2022. We strongly encourage all users to pro-actively switch to the new Modern UI as soon as possible to take advantage of all the new features including a mobile-optimized interface — and to update any product images in order to avoid any unexpected image distortion or other visual changes that may come with the interface update.

To see a preview of what your current site would look like with Modern UI, you can simply add “&modern” to the end of your existing Thrive Online URL and you can see what it would look like using your current images.

(i.e. https://orderonline.pizzarestaurant.com/index.html would become https://orderonline.pizzarestaurant.com/index.html&modern to preview)

If you like the way Modern UI looks, switching is very easy! Simply go to Thrive Online admin and log in using your email address and password. From there, navigate to Design > Look > Advanced Options. Here you can switch your site to the new Modern UI, or you can select “Preview Modern”, which will allow you to customize your new UI without impacting your live site.

Thrive Online has been instrumental in helping customers grow their delivery restaurant businesses since it's initial rollout in 2015, and the latest updates will continue to help you build your business, enhance customer experience, and boost profits in the years ahead!
