What is Deliverect and what do I need to know to get my location up and running on Deliverect?

Deliverect is a 3rd party order aggregator that will integrate directly with your POS to sync menu items and insert orders directly into the POS from 3rd party order providers such as DoorDash and GrubHub.

How do I get started with Deliverect?

Complete this form and your Customer Service representative in Granbury and they pass your information to Deliverect who will then contact you and assist you with the onboarding.

How much does Deliverect Cost?
The fee is a monthly charge per location and is based on the amount of orders that go through Deliverect. Current pricing (as of June, 2022):
Low - under 350 orders a month $79 subject to change
Medium - from 350 to 750 orders a month $99 subject to change
High - over 750 orders a month $149 subject to change

How do I get my menu into Deliverect for use?
Once setup, any updates you publish to your Thrive POS will automatically update to Deliverect. It's that simple!

Do Inclusions work for Deliverect?
Yes!

Can I track my orders according to the channel they were sent from?

Absolutely! The ordering channel will be recorded in the POS as long as you setup a tender type for the channel.

Are there any limitations ?

Pricing by Topping is not supported. We do have an option in the Thrive Control Center for you to copy an existing pricing scheme and utilize the copied scheme as 3rd party default and set standard pricing on those items that are utilizing Pricing by Topping.

Tax inclusive items are not supported currently. It is a global for Deliverect, so if you have any items that are tax inclusive, we suggest that you either set the item to not be tax inclusive or create a new item for Deliverect that isn't inclusive.

Items sent to Deliverect from Thrive will merge the item and size into a single item. This means that if you have 4 sizes for a Supreme Pizza, in Deliverect you will have 4 Supreme Pizzas, one for each size.
