How to Turn On SMS Order Updates

Getting started is simple and only takes a few steps.

  1. Go to Configuration → Order Types
  2. Select Delivery or Carryout
  3. Toggle Order Process Messaging ON
  4. Click Publish

If you don’t see messaging options, SMS may not be enabled for your account. Contact support to activate it.
